Shipping & Returns

What Is Your Return Policy?

Our tables are custom-made to order, so we don’t offer returns due to the nature of our products. Please inspect your table within 24 hours of delivery. If any damage occurs, notify us within that time, and we’ll send you a patch free of charge or work with you on a solution.

How Does Shipping Work?

Tables weighing less than 120 pounds and shorter than 7' will be shipped through UPS, USPS, or FedEx. The legs will be shipped separately, so they might arrive on different days. For tables longer than 7', we’ll coordinate freight delivery, which may come with an extra cost. We also offer white glove delivery for an additional charge—reach out to us for a shipping estimate.

Is Assembly Required?

In most cases, you’ll need to attach the legs to the tabletop. Larger tables are heavy, so we recommend having at least two people for assembly. You’ll only need a drill or screwdriver to complete the setup.

Is Tracking Included?

Yes, we’ll always provide a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Do Your Offer Payment Options?

Yes, we offer flexible payment options to make your purchase convenient:


At checkout, you can choose Shop Pay to split your purchase into four equal, interest-free payments over six weeks, or opt for monthly installments with fixed terms. This option is available for orders between $50 and $30,000, depending on eligibility. ​


We also accept PayPal, allowing you to pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit cards. Additionally, PayPal offers a "PayPal Credit" option, providing flexible financing plans for your purchases.

How will I be updated on the status of my order?

You’ll receive an order confirmation once your order is processed, and another notification when your table ships out. If you have any questions or need updates during the process, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll respond promptly.

Do you offer a warranty on your custom tables?

Do You Accept Large or Commercial Orders?

Yes, we welcome large and commercial orders! We’re happy to work on interior design projects, including but not limited to new models, restaurants, hotels, and more. Reach out to discuss your needs!

How Do I Care and Maintain My Table?

To keep your table looking its best, simply use a soft cloth and mild soap to clean it. Avoid harsh chemicals. To protect the surface, use coasters, placemats, and felt pads to prevent scratches. For long-term care, refresh the topcoat every few years for maximum durability.

Can I Request Modifications to The Design or Size of The Table?
